I'll
admit it - I am tired of dealing with renovation
and the whole "get three quotes" rule for
contractors, so I went with the first local
electrician Google suggested. I cannot tell you
just how lucky I was that my laziness worked
out! Zack is polite, personable, and *REALLY*
knows what he is doing. I had (in my mind) a
complicated job. I have an old glass fuse
interior panel tied to a main exterior panel
(more modern, though kinda rusty), which then
leads off to a separate garage panel. All of
them had to be replaced to solve my electrical
supply dodginess. The day of the job, Zack
showed up with his son who is apprenticing with
him as well as going to a good school for
electricians (I don't remember which). I can't
tell you how many times I've hired a contractor
who was good, only to have him show up with some
guy he randomly picked up help out with the work
and that person is invariably bad and does
sloppy work. It was great to see that a family
team would be doing the work, and the son is as
nice as his father. I'm sure experiences will
vary because people's expectations as well as
jobs vary, so of course I can't guarantee that
these guys will be great for you. What I CAN
guarantee is that I would highly recommend A & Zack's to
anyone who asks about needing any electrical
work done (and done right) to their home or
business! W.J |
